Very impressed

I haven't tried all the products yet that came with this, but I would like to review on those that i have. I have used the face cream as its got a very strong smell I was concerned it may cause a skin reaction but its so soft and feels amazing. I really only used a couple of dabs around my face and rubbed it in. I also used on my neck and hands too. Such a lovely cream.

The Shea butter soap is amazing too, I love it. Smells amazing and I feel really clean after use.

Hydrating

I have been using this product for almost 2 years now and it is wonderful. I feel it hydrates my skin well although can be a bit oily so takes a bit longer to rub in. I love that it doesn't have SLS or parades in and that it is made in the UK. I will continue buying this for the foreseeable future.

New product

Have only just started using this serum. I used far too much the first time but with trial and error I now use 5 drops after washing my face with the hemp soap, waiting 5-10 mins then applying moisturiser (not Cosy Cottage, sorry!). I then wait 15-20 mins before applying makeup, which goes on smoothly. I am not aware of having 'stuff' on my face and neck and my skin feels soft and comfortable throughout the day. Have not been using it long enough to judge long term effect.

This generous and long-lasting 100ml tin uses the well-known therapeutic qualities of aloin, found in both aloe vera and in kelp. This new mask will nourish dry facial skin, regenerate and help to soothe troublesome conditions including rosacea, eczema and psoriasis.

Harvested from the sea on Yorkshire's coast, natural and fast-growing kelp contains the compound aloin, which is also present in the natural aloe vera gel, within this rich and regenerative facial mask. Aloin is proven to help regenerate the connective tissues within the skin, regenerating and improving its structure and appearance. The nutrient-rich seaweed has also been known to counteract the sign of aging, helping to smooth pigmentation imbalances and even lighten age spots.

Made in the Cosy Cottage workshops in Malton, North Yorkshire, using processes which consume little fossil fuel and produce minimal waste. As with all Cosy Cottage products, this new product is made without hormone-disrupting parabens, sulphates and harmful preservatives. It is also 100% palm oil free, and the packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable.

To use: Apply a layer to facial skin avoiding the eyes. Leave for up to 15 minutes, gently remove with a damp muslin or cloth. Product is for external use only.
