Ideal for re-energising in preparation for the colder months, this two hour event offers a unique opportunity to switch off from the outside world and connect with your inner peace, held within the feminine energy of the Circle.
As you enter this sacred space, you'll be welcomed by Nicola, an experienced Reiki Master and Circle holder, who will be guiding you through the afternoon.
Enjoy the soothing properties of essential oils by the gentle glow of candlelight, in our peaceful atmosphere, designed to encourage relaxation and openness.
Our transformative Women's Circle is a sacred space for connection, healing, and empowerment. This gathering combines the nurturing energy Reiki and Womb Reiki, helping you reconnect with your inner self, release emotional blockages, and restore balance.
The Circle begins with a brief grounding meditation allowing you to unwind and become present.
Participants will then use Oracle cards, alongside an optional known-superfood Cacao drink, to set their intentions for the upcoming autumn months.
Our Reiki Master Nicola will use the vibrations of her Shamanic drum to help participants release any tension held within the body, or let go of anything that no longer serves you.
This will be followed by a guided meditation, helping you to relax further and connect with your inner peace, before using breath work to observe the new sense of calm within. Throughout the breathwork, each participant will also receive Reiki healing.
Reiki channels universal life force energy, promoting balance and harmony within each individual's body, mind, and spirit. This can be done hands on, or off, the body.
The collective energy of the women's circle enhances this healing process, fostering a sense of unity, empowerment, and shared support as you connect with other like minded women.
Throughout the session, there will be moments of silent reflection and opportunities for participants to share their experiences, if they desire.
This sacred sharing space helps to deepen the bond among the participants, creating a nurturing community that extends beyond the circle.
By the end of the Circle, you'll feel rejuvenated and re-energised, with a renewed sense of clarity and peace.
Refreshments will be available throughout the session.

When we post your items, any ‘plastic-like’ packaging we may use, including clear bags and bubble wrap, is made from biodegradable plant derived material that will compost in one year. So feel free to put it on your compost heap!
We reuse fully recyclable cardboard boxes we get from our suppliers where we see fit but your package will always look great and smell even better.
